The Culinary Project

We’re inviting you into our home, to experience an intimate dinner with Chef Santi. Come on a journey through our new menu; learn how dishes are crafted, where the very best produce in Margaret River is sourced and how our food and wines come together in celebration of our land.
Ten guests will enjoy a five course dinner at Cordi House, a private residence at Voyager Estate with chef Santi cooking in our open kitchen. Each dish will be served with wines that have inspired its creation, poured by Sommelier Claire Tonon.
Just as our Project wines allow the team to experiment with the nuances of each growing season, the same philosophy extends to our kitchen. The Culinary Project reflects our spirit of innovation, and love for our region, our craft and our place.
As with our Project wines, dishes may or may not transition to the forthcoming menu. So don’t miss this rare chance to get an insight into Santi’s menu development and be the first to sample the results.
The first dates to be opened for 2020 are 14 March and 23 May. Choose your date in the calendar drop down menu in the booking process.
Please note, in our usual menus we take every care to adapt for dietary requirements. However, as Santi is showcasing proposed dishes for our upcoming Discovery menu, we would suggest this is not suitable for people with dietary requirements that would require alternative dishes to be offered.
