Immerse yourself in the flavours of summer at our final evening escapade of the year…

As we bask in the warmth of a new season, young shoots explode and tiny flowers bloom – the genesis of next year’s grape harvest. 

Our latest menu, FRUX [Latin: Fruit], embraces this fresh dynamism, bringing together the best produce from our ocean, paddocks, and garden for a culinary adventure in celebration of our sun-kissed region.

As the light dips below the hills, be among the first to meet our new Chief Winemaker and special guest, Tim Shand, with an intimate chat over a glass of sparkling and paired snacks in the wine room. 

Guests will then move into the dining room for a creative five-course journey featuring local delights such as succulent kangaroo, Abrolhos Island scallops, Wagin duck and Nannup loquats, expertly entwined with a selection of our organically farmed wines from award-winning Sommelier Claire Tonon.

As the sun’s rays grow longer and the spring rains ease, the chorus of summer settles in. Warmth engulfs the land, signalling fledglings to venture from their nests and a mosaic of florals to unfurl across the valley. Light breezes blow in from the west, providing cooling relief from the afternoon heat. In the vineyard, young shoots explode into a dense canopy, hiding tiny flowers that, once pollinated, will form the grape bunches for next year’s harvest. It’s a time of vibrant transformation; an unmistakable hum that sets the rhythm of vintage and inspires a dynamic new seasonal menu. FRUX brings together the best produce from our ocean, paddocks, and garden, for a wine-driven culinary adventure that captures the soul of our sun-kissed region.
