Customise Your Private Tasting

Hosted by our Sommelier Claire Tonon, or one of our other senior Wine Room team members, a Customised Tasting allows you to make all the decisions. 

Adapt one of our themed tastings such as Cellaring Styles, Cabernet Sauvignon Experience or Chardonnay Experience, or choose your own six wines from the full range we open daily.

For those looking for an in-depth education session, we can customise your tasting to include a lesson on wine tasting technique, decanting and wine service, glassware selection, food and wine matching or even cheese pairing.

In the booking process, select from our suggested tastings, or leave the options blank for one of our team to contact you to confirm your tasting requirements.  Please note, all guests must do the same tasting so please only select one themed option.
