FLORIS: Spring Savoured
- Duration: 4 Hours (approx.)
- Location: Margaret River, WA
Join us among the vines on Wadandi Boodja for a lavish lunch, part of WA Good Food Guide’s Global Food Stomp series, celebrating the arrival of spring in the vineyard—a story told through our extraordinary Western Australian produce.
As the sun breaks through the clouds and the vines awaken, the land bursts with new life. Buds form into leaves and tendrils, then finally, the first tiny flowers start to appear. Bees, lacewings, spiders, and ladybirds move quietly through the foliage, enriching our land’s precious biodiversity.
In this season of youthful abundance and vibrant energy, savour FLORIS [Latin: Flower] – a new and immersive lunch experience from Head Chef, Travis Crane.
Enjoy wine-paired snacks and a chat in the Vineyard and Kitchen Garden before lunch. Then, gather around the table in our Restaurant for a series of progressive dishes heroing the very best of our Western Australian produce. Each course is paired with certified organic Voyager Estate wines, hand-selected by award-winning Sommelier, Claire Tonon, for an epicurean journey through the stunning South West region.
